Four-player Mahjong, not Mahjong Solitaire
This game follows Mahjong Competition Rules (MCR), also called Chinese Official Mahjong. You draw and discard tiles, build sets, and compete at a four-seat table. It is not the single-player tile-matching game often called Mahjong Solitaire or Mahjongg.
Mahjong, Mah-jong, and Mah Jong are alternative spellings of the traditional game. This site focuses on MCR, not Riichi, Hong Kong, or American NMJL rules.
No download Mahjong with guest access
Enter the room without creating an account. Choose an open seat to join; a table needs four occupied seats before play begins, with bots automatically filling seats left open after the countdown. Invite friends to this public play page and agree on a table in the shared lobby. Private invitation-link rooms are not currently supported.
Mahjong with bots
Play with friends or computer players. If no other human player joins for 10 seconds after the most recent human joins a waiting table, bots automatically fill the remaining empty seats and the game starts. Each new human joining resets that countdown.

What do I need to play?
A modern desktop or mobile browser with JavaScript and local storage enabled, plus a stable internet connection for live tables. No app installation is required. Sound is optional and can be controlled in the room.
